5/19/15 Stop Motion

My stop motion is about paint rolling to the canvas and spilling. I did this because I though it would be easier than doing an elaborate project with the little time we had to do it. If I could rate my stop animation on a scale from 1-10 I would rate it a 7  because the camera work is shaky and not all of the pictures are in focus. If  I could do this project again I would manage my time better so I could make all of the pictures in focus and not have  such shaky camera work. What made my stop motion unique is that I didn't just have the paint just spilling I had it approaching the canvas.On this  project I think I deserve a B because I tried really hard and its still pretty good just the camera work is  a  bit shaky.

4/17/15 Unethical Practice

 Why do you think most people use unethical practices to cheat academically?
           I think most people use unethical practices because they are under a lot  of stress or have procrastinated that paper or essay to write before he day its due.  Such as Jack did in the short film he didn't due his paper till the night before it was due at two in the morning so he took the easy way out and copy and pasted a bunch of different things together.

Which one of the four offenses committed you think should have been let off with a warning rather than expelled? Why?

          I think that Sandra should have been left  with a warning because she didn't know that Muhammad would have copied her works as for she was in shock when they said that he had plagiarized off her paper. 

What kinds of problems will follow the students with this on their record?

         I think that most of the students will have a hard time getting into a new college with them being expelled and plagiarizing on their  record. 

         The K-State plagiarism policy is that if you get caught plagiarizing you will fail the course and be expelled from the school. 

    

3/9/15 Sphero lesson 1-2

Lesson 1- In lesson one we learned that the higher the delay time the further it went. In part 4 we raised the speed but it still didn't go as far as it did in part 3.

Lesson 2-  In this lesson we learned about the angles of the sphero. We also learned that with certain angles you can make shapes such as squares, triangles, and pentagons.   

2/23/15 Wireless Communication

People can be more responsible when using cell phones by keeping track of how many minutes they've used and how many they have left. They can also keep track of their texts and make sure its within their plan. The dangers of using a cellphone while driving can harm everyone in the car or around you, instead of texting and driving you could ask someone to send your text for you or just ignore the text until you get to your destination. When people are in the car of someone who is texting and driving they could ask nicely for them to put their phone down or say that they could send the text.    

2/17/15 Sixthsense Technology

 Using this technology could link or close the gap between the digital world and the real world. By being able to use any wall as a monitor opens up the ability to view things quickly such as sending a picture to a friend or family member. He also invented a machine where you can write on a sticky note and it will transfer to the computer making it easier to get a message to someone that is out of the room. Pranav Mistry also invented a machine where you can put on a helmet and put caps on your fingers and the camera in it allows you to draw or take notes. But using this technology makes it easier for people to see your personal information if it is just on any wall, and its not really practical to just stand in a room or hallway and start browsing or emailing someone.
